Homosexuality and Adultery is Wrong- Presented by Trey Knowles

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
It is written in Leviticus 20:13 If a man has sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They are to be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads. It is written Leviticus 18:22-24 22 “ ‘Do not have sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman; that is detestable. 23 “ ‘Do not have sexual relations with an animal and defile yourself with it. A woman must not present herself to an animal to have sexual relations with it; that is a perversion. 24 “ ‘Do not defile yourselves in any of these ways, because this is how the nations that I am going to drive out before you became defiled. It is written in 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 9 Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men 10 nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God. It is written Romans 1:26-28 26 Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. 27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error. 28 Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done. It is written 1 Timothy 1:8-11 8 We know that the law is good if one uses it properly. 9 We also know that the law is made not for the righteous but for lawbreakers and rebels, the ungodly and sinful, the unholy and irreligious, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers, 10 for the sexually immoral, for those practicing homosexuality, for slave traders and liars and perjurers—and for whatever else is contrary to the sound doctrine 11 that conforms to the gospel concerning the glory of the blessed God, which he entrusted to me. It is written Mark 10:6-9 6 “But at the beginning of creation God ‘made them male and female.’ 7 ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, It is written 1 Corinthians 7:2 2 But since sexual immorality is occurring, each man should have sexual relations with his own wife, and each woman with her own husband.

Trey Knowles: Designed with an Instruction Manual

You are designed with an instruction manual. That instruction manual is God.
it is written in John 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made.

You are designed with an instructional manual

We are fearfully and wonderfully made by God. God made us and gave us instructions on how to live a life that he has made for us.

God's word became flesh and walked among us, and we have seen his glory (our earthly brothers and sisters), glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth, to show us how to live life the way we were designed to live.

When you design something you know the ends and outs of the format. So in your mind, you have the instruction manual, on what you have created and how it should operate.

Let’s say that you created a robot. You program your robot to do what is good. Now imagine someone coming to reprogram your robot to do bad. This does not sound good at all. You don't want to destroy your creation because you love it.

So you create an instruction manual to teach the robot right from wrong, but you give the robot a choice to choose its destiny.

Correcting makes it better because you love what you have created. After all, it was good. The Bible is considered an Instruction Manual with Introductions created by the Designer "God".

God is Love and what is Love? Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.

Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.  It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, and always perseveres as written in 1 Corinthians 13:4-8.

God spirit operates in love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. This is the same spirit we should operate in because we are one with God.

Why did God create us? Too love us and to enjoy His work. We are built and design to love and to enjoy life, what God has build and design for us.

God created man. In Genesis 1:31, God saw all that he had made, and it was very good.

God created us to connect with Him with His love. We are all one with God. God the Father - The Creator, God the Son - Jesus Christ the Ambassador, and God the Holy Spirit - The Character of Love.

In Genesis 1:26. And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion. We are made in God's Image and likeness in his Love. So we are all one with God, the same exact representation of God which is the spirit of love.

In order to stand in God, we must know who God is. Who Is God? The answer is the Creator, our Father. God is our Father who created us in love because He is love. God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and in truth. The character of God is the spirit of love. God’s word is love.

1 John 4:8. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. So we have come to know and believe in the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in us.

Trey Knowles: In The Beginning

To find out where we stand, we must find out what happened in the beginning. So let’s take a look at Genesis 1:26-31.

Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”

27 So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.

28 God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.”

29 Then God said, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it.

They will be yours for food. 30 And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds in the sky and all the creatures that move along the ground—everything that has the breath of life in it—I give every green plant for food.” And it was so. 31 God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning—the sixth day.

Genesis 2:7 - 25 Then the Lord God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.

8 Now the Lord God had planted a garden in the east, in Eden; and there he put the man he had formed.

9 The Lord God made all kinds of trees grow out of the ground—trees that were pleasing to the eye and good for food. In the middle of the garden were the tree of life and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

10 A river watering the garden flowed from Eden; from there it was separated into four headwaters.

11 The name of the first is the Pishon; it winds through the entire land of Havilah, where there is gold.

12 (The gold of that land is good; aromatic resin and onyx are also there.)

13 The name of the second river is the Gihon; it winds through the entire land of Cush.

14 The name of the third river is the Tigris; it runs along the east side of Ashur. And the fourth river is the Euphrates.

15 The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it.

 16 And the Lord God commanded the man, “You are free to eat from any tree in the garden;

17 but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat from it you will certainly die.”

18 The Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.”

19 Now the Lord God had formed out of the ground all the wild animals and all the birds in the sky. He brought them to the man to see what he would name them; and whatever the man called each living creature, that was its name.

20 So the man gave names to all the livestock, the birds in the sky and all the wild animals. But for Adam no suitable helper was found.

21 So the Lord God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man’s ribs and then closed up the place with flesh.

22 Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man.

23 The man said, “This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called ‘woman, ’for she was taken out of man.”

24 That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh.

25 Adam and his wife were both naked, and they felt no shame.

Where do we stand in the beginning?

God created the whole world, you and me in His image and likeness. God saw what He has made and was blessed by calling it good. This means we are valued. God gave us food to eat and gave us control over the livestock on earth. God gave us dominion over the earth to work and care for it. You see in the beginning God shows his love in creating us and by providing the care of what we need.

Who Am I | by Oratorical Speaker Trey Knowles

Ephesians 1

Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God,

To God’s holy people in Ephesus, the faithful in Christ Jesus:

Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Praise for Spiritual Blessings in Christ

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love he predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will— to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves. In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace that he lavished on us. With all wisdom and understanding, he made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ, 10 to be put into effect when the times reach their fulfillment—to bring unity to all things in heaven and on earth under Christ.

11 In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will, 12 in order that we, who were the first to put our hope in Christ, might be for the praise of his glory. 13 And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, 14 who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession—to the praise of his glory.

Thanksgiving and Prayer

15 For this reason, ever since I heard about your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all God’s people, 16 I have not stopped giving thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers. 17 I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. 18 I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, 19 and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is the same as the mighty strength 20 he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms, 21 far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come. 22 And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church, 23 which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way.

I Will no Longer Walk in These Ways | by Oratorical Speaker Trey Knowles

Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Ephesians 4:31.

Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God. 1 Corinthians 6:9-11.

For everything in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—comes not from the Father but from the world. 1 John 2:16.

Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them. 1 John 2:15

I Hate Sin | by Oratorical Speaker Trey Knowles

I hate sin, I hate that I have sinned. I acknowledge that I have sinned and fallen short. I never want to sin again. It does not belong to me because I am Holy.
Thank you Jesus Christ for coming in and erasing my sin.

If we claim to have fellowship with him and yet walk in the
darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth. 1 John 1:6

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our
sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9
