Transformation- is the action and need to change the structure for renewal and growth. Transformation is a need.

Why do I say Transformation is the action and the need for change?

The reason why is that I was a sinner and I needed to change my beliefs and actions from my destruction. I come to realize I do not know my way I need guidance.

Why do I need to change my beliefs and actions?

The reason why is because I was living an unrighteous life. The things I desired were the things of the flesh.

Change means I must go in the opposite direction and separate myself from my former way of life to be Holy.

I was (past tense) a sinner.

Those of you who say I deserve punishment and death for my sins have the right to say that and it’s okay with me.

Why do I say those who have a right to say I deserve punishment and death for my sins and it’s okay with me?

The reason why is that those who never sinned should have the right to condemn and send judgment to me.

Jesus our Lord says “Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone.” John 8:7

If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 1 John 1:8

Do not be afraid of people judging you. Let those people judge. For in the same way they judge others, they will be judged, and with the measure they use, it will be measured to you.

Those who love you should forgive you, help correct you, teach you if they know how, and pray for you.

Why do I say that love does not count any wrong doing and love always protects, and by knows means this is not a reason to keep on sinning?

One person would say their sin was not that bad compared to another. Truly I will tell you that whoever keeps the whole law but fails at one point has become accountable for all of it. James 2:10.

Are you ready for Transformation? Transformation takes place in one substance and that substance is the Son of God Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.

Why do I say transformation takes place only in Jesus?

Jesus is the only person who walked on Earth and conquered sin and who never committed a sin.

For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ 2 Corinthians 5:21.

Jesus is the one who changed, transformed, saved, and coached me throw His love for me. So I am now living witness to transformation.

So I am a new man. I put to death my old sinful ways to live in Christ Jesus by obedience to live in righteousness.

Why did God send his only begotten Son Jesus?

Because the wages of sin are death and Love always protects.

God loves you He is not willing for anyone to perish but to have ever lasting life. So do not be ignorant my friends.

Transformation is a need to correct your former way of life.

If you have a Transformation Coach and if He or She does not admit to once being sinners then He or She has never been transforming.

If your transformation coach does not help bring you into the truth of Jesus Christ where there is freedom and life without sin and death. Then there is no need to listen to that transformation coach.

Transformation- is the action of changing the structure for renewal and growth. Transformation is a need.

The cure to your Depression is to turn away from Despondency and become a Respondent to the Truth. Depression- is the feeling of severe despondency. Why did I say the feeling of severe Despondency? The reason why is that Despondency- is the state of low spirits caused by loss of hope and courage. When a person has low spirits it means the person has a lack of substance and lack of reproach. What do I mean when I say lack of substance? The depressed person has low spirits meaning they are lacking or temporarily lacking the true Spirit. What do I mean when I say lack of reproach? Either you going to rebuke a lie or believe a lie. If you believe the lie it will compress you until you die. If you rebuke the lie you are standing against it. God is for you who can be against you. When a person has low spirits that person is so far away from love because love is kind and love always protects and perseveres and always trusts in what is true. When a person knows what love is, they can rebuke what is evil and be healthy. My Lord Jesus once said in Luke 11:34-36 “Your eye is like a lamp that provides light for your body. When your eye is healthy, your whole body is filled with light. But when it is unhealthy, your body is filled with darkness. When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” John 8:12 If your spirit is not operating in Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Gentleness, Goodness, Faithfulness, and Self-control then you have been depressed by demons. The cure to your Depression is to turn away from Despondency and become a Respondent to the Truth. How does one turn away from despondency? By turning away from all false content that is not loving or not peaceful or joyful. If you do not turn away from false content you will be scattered because love does not delight in evil. How does one become a Respondent to the Truth? Well, a Respondent is a person who responds to written or spoken instructions of the Truth. If you believe that God created You and the world then you should also know that God is the instructor. If you created something you know is exactly how it is supposed to be. So if God created you, respond to His instructions to be cured of your depression. Who is the Truth? The answer is Jesus. Why? For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16. Respond to Jesus and you will have Truth. Why? Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6 By my spirit says the Lord. The Spirit of the Lord is Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Gentleness, Goodness, Faithfulness, and Self-control Galatians 5:22-23 My Lord Jesus once said in Luke 11:34-36 “Your eye is like a lamp that provides light for your body. Anxiety- is a feeling of fear and the worry of uncertainty. The apprehension that something bad, or unpleasant will happen.

If you are operating in Anxiety you are not operating in Love.

Why do I say this?

The reason is, there is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.

So if are assuming the worst you are not acting in Love. Stop the What If. Why am I telling you this? The reason why is because love always hopes.

There is no need to worry when Love always trusts, always hopes, and always perseveres with patience.

There are things in life that will happen that are unavoidable or avoidable.

You can only control the avoidable things. Why do I say this?

Because avoidable means you have choices, unavoidable things you have no control over your best option is to act in hope.

Anxiety is a Joy killer.

Why do I say Anxiety is a Joy killer? Because anything that steals your joy and peace steals your happiness.

When Anxiety affects your life it affects everything. It divides your mind, so you cannot concentrate, and makes you doubt. Anxiety slows down your productivity. It affects your relationship with others. It also leads to unwise decisions. Anxiety is a waste of time and energy. Anxiety is simply a faith battle.

Can Anxiety be cured? The answer is yes.

Why because God is not the source of Anxiety, God did not create it.

Why do I say God did not create Anxiety?

The reason is that God is love and not the author of confusion.

Five things you have to do to cure your Anxiety:

Get understanding – Think by not assuming the worst or worrying. Always hope for the best and be content. Read Luke 12:22-34 because it explains it perfectly.

Use the act of kindness- Proverbs 12:25 says Anxiety weighs down the heart but a kind word cheers it up.

Be content and have Gratitude- Understand if is not life-threatening do not worry about it. Throw away the fear. God is for you who can be against you. No one can bring death to you. So be thankful. Read Philippians 4:6-7 because it explains it perfectly.

Do not be afraid- God commands you to be strong and courageous and be not discouraged. Joshua 1:9

Always remain in Love- Perfect love drives out fear. Set your mind on lovely things. Read 1 John 4:18 because it explains it perfectly.

These five things will cure your Anxiety.

Always remember if you are operating in Anxiety you are not operating in Love.

Trey Knowles: What Is Anxiety?

Anxiety is your body's response to anticipated danger. It is typically associated with worry or fear and is often accompanied by cognitive issues such as difficulty concentrating and physical symptoms like nausea, shaking, and muscle tenseness. Anxiety can be a normal response to specific situations, but sometimes anxiety is part of an anxiety disorder.

There are multiple types of anxiety disorders, and they involve similar symptoms, with some differences in their symptoms.

It might feel like your anxiety symptoms control your life, whether that means fear of a panic attack, avoiding people due to social anxiety, or constant worry and agitation. Understanding the symptoms of your specific type of anxiety can help you seek the most appropriate treatment and improve your quality of life.

Anxiety is described by the "Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders" (DSM-5) as anticipation of a future threat. Everyone feels anxious at one point or another, but not everyone experiences an anxiety disorder.

There are multiple types of anxiety disorders, including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, and more. These conditions should not be confused with day-to-day worrying.

It’s normal to be anxious about important events, like a job interview, a performance, a first date, a big exam, childbirth, or any number of life moments. Sometimes, however, worrying gets out of control and becomes an anxiety disorder.

Anxiety disorders are diagnosable mental health conditions characterized by excessive fear, anxiety, and related behavioral and physical changes that may worsen over time.

Symptoms

The effects of anxiety usually include a combination of physical, psychological, and social symptoms. Your exact symptom profile will differ based on your individual circumstances, a specific type of anxiety disorder, and personal triggers.

Some common symptoms of anxiety disorders include.

Excessive fear and worry

Dry mouth

Muscle tension

Nausea

Irregular heartbeat

Difficulty sleeping

Cautious, avoidant behavior

Panic attacks

Keep in mind that this is not an exhaustive list of symptoms, because each type of anxiety disorder has its own symptom profile and diagnostic criteria based on guidelines of the DSM-5.

Social Anxiety Disorder

Social anxiety disorder, which was previously called social phobia, is characterized by excessive fear of social and performance situations.2 It is more than just shyness. People with social anxiety disorder feel intense anxiety that may lead to avoidant behaviors around meeting new people, maintaining relationships, speaking in front of others, eating in public, and more.

Symptoms of social anxiety disorder include:

Disproportionate fear and anxiety in one or more social situations

Blushing

Sweating

Trembling

Rapid heart rate

The feeling of “mind going blank”

Self-judgment and self-consciousness

Nausea

Avoiding social situations, or experiencing intense fear during them

Impairment in social, occupational, and other areas of functioning

People can either experience general social anxiety disorder, or performance-specific social anxiety disorder (such as when speaking or performing in front of an audience).

Social anxiety disorder can look different in children. Notably, for children, the anxiety must occur in peer situations, and not just with adults. Symptoms can manifest as tantrums, freezing, crying, clinging, and refusal to speak.

These conditions manifest as both physical and mental symptoms and impact daily activities such as school, work, leisure, and relationships.

Fantasy- is wishing and believing for things that are not true and so impossible and far fetch, which means the subject matter is the opposite of the Creator.

What do I mean when I say wishing and believing in things that are not true and so impossible and far-fetched?

Why would a Man fantasize about being a Woman? Why would a Woman fantasize about being a Man?

True or false can a Man be a Woman? True or false can a Man get pregnant?

Is this possible or is it impossible? Think my students.

So, if this is impossible and far fetch, the subject matter, is the opposite of the Creator.

True or false can a Woman be a Man?

Women will always have a menstrual cycle or menopause.

So can Women be Men, is this possible? Think my students.

So, if is impossible and far fetch, the subject matter, is the opposite of the Creator.

How do you personally get out of your fantasy?

One must guard their heart and mind against evil thoughts and impossible fantasies of foolishness.

Turn your thought around and rethink what you are thinking. This is called repenting.

Think and have hope for things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, and praiseworthy.

Why did I use the word Hope and not Fantasy? Because Hope is the action of believing what is true without seeing the future outcome. Fantasy is not real.

Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God.

If your thoughts are not true, pure, or lovely throw them away and don’t fantasize about them. If you are not sure compare it to the word of God by bringing it into captivity to the obedience of Jesus Christ.

Why?

Because. Jesus is our instructor and our Leader. Previously I have said Jesus is our pure substance and let go of your ego by needing the substance.

2 Corinthians 10:5 says Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Jesus Christ.

Fantasy- is wishing and believing for things that are not true and so impossible and far fetch, which means the subject matter is the opposite of the Creator.

Protect yourself from Fantasy, by guarding your heart and mind from evil thoughts and impossible fantasies of foolishness.

The need to follow instructions, by listening & caring for other people's needs is the action of Breaking Self-Ego.

Why do I say the need to follow instructions?

Reason: I don’t know how to.

Reason: I tried my way and I failed.

Reason: I gave up and took the easy way out through science.

Reason: I came to a dead end and now I am lost.

Why do I say by listening & caring for other people’s needs?

Reason: I have to listen to get instructions.

Reason: I need to know people’s needs to provide care.

The need to follow instructions, by listening & caring for other people’s needs is the action of breaking Self-Ego.

Why do I say all of this? The reason why is because Love is not self-seeking. Love is kind.

Breaking Self-Ego:

The first thing you need to do in breaking your Self-Ego is to recognize you are poor.

Why do I say that?

Because Poor means you do not have it, and you can’t buy it, and you need it.

In Matthew 19:24 Jesus says it is hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.

Why did Jesus say this?

Because the Ego of a Rich Person is, “I have it all, I can buy it all and I can do it all”, and not listen to the cares of other people's needs.

Their attitude is I do not need you, get out of my way, and that brothers and sisters is Pride

In Matthew 5:3. Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ says “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven”.

To be Rich- Means. You have plenty of.

When a poor man asks a rich man can I have? The Rich man says I have plenty. The rich man listens to the instructions of the poor man and cares for the poor man's needs.

People pray and ask God for many different things. But Jesus says ask and it will be given to you in My Name.

Why did Jesus say that?

Would you ask a person in their name for something you know they don’t have? LOL. Come on now, you marketing geniuses of our time.

Jesus is Holy, Life, Truth, and Love. Ask for things that are contained to God.

To be Rich in God- Means. You have plenty of God’s Spirit and wisdom.

Question yourself. What are you asking for in prayer is it of God?

Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them. 1 John 2:15.

You should want the things of God. Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, and whatever is admirable if anything is excellent or praiseworthy think about such things.

Do not love the world why?

The reason why is that science is the systematic knowledge of the physical and natural world gained, the observation and experimentation by counterfeiting the creation and wisdom of God. The world is leaning toward their understanding becoming like their Mother Eve.

Why did I say The World is leaning toward their understanding becoming like their Mother Eve?

The World is being disobedient to the Creator and wanting their knowledge by feeding their hearts with seeds, and words of the devil.

So come from out her brothers and sisters.

So come out of her brothers and sisters. Why did I say that?

Because those who are willing to be deceived are deceived. Do not love her deception as Adam did.

Breaking the Self-Ego and coming out here is the need to follow instructions; listening & caring for other people’s needs is the action of breaking the Self-Ego.

So “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” Jesus has said it clearly in Matthew 5:3.

Recognize that you are poor and you are in need to follow Godly instructions.

Substance Abuse- Anything that subbing in you, and subs you out is substance abuse. Why do I say that my brothers and sisters? Because you are not being your natural self.

We all know of alcohol and drugs as substance abuse.

But not just these things cause substance abuse. Whatever affects your mind, heart spirit, soul, and body, is substance abuse.

What is Substance?

Anything natural and pure in truth is Substance.

Anything that does not have substance is not natural or pure, it’s dirty. The substance is pure and clean and full of truth.

Anything that is born of God is natural and pure.

Question and examine yourself, are you natural?

Your mind affects your thinking. So are you thinking normal?

Your heart affects your behavior. So is your spirit normal?

Your soul affects your Will which affects your belief. So is your soul pure?

If you are not natural, you are not normal, so that means you need to examine yourself so you won't be under substance abuse.

Why did I say under substance abuse? Because whatever is over you is controlling you.

What is the cure for substance abuse?

The action of being what is clean, pure, and full of truth.

Why did I say Action of being what is clean?

Because it takes action to be dirty.

When you are walking in substance, you are trusting something.

Action to Cure Substance Abuse:

Your mind will listen to what is clean and pure.

Your heart will store what is clean and pure and your spirit will rejoice in the truth.

Why? Because Love does not delight in evil but rejoices in the truth.

Your soul is you’re Will and your belief, is your Faith.

Why? Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

What is Substance?

Anything natural and pure in truth is Substance.

That means Substance equals Jesus.

Anything subbing in you should always be the things you hope for, which should be the things of Jesus.

Evidence is Jesus' Life.

I have never seen God, but the evidence that exists is in me. When I have faith.

Why?

Because Jesus is my Substance. The only cure for substance abuse is Jesus.

What subbing in you should not sub you out.

Substance abuse is what you trust in.

Why? Because is Love always trust.

It is written in Hebrew 11:1. Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Jesus is the Substance. He is the only image we should follow.

When Adam fell our natural became an impure substance. When Jesus came, He became the life-giving spirit. Jesus is the purest substance for everyone to take in. The Bible explains this clearly in 1 Corinthians 15:44-50.

It is written in 1 Corinthians 15:44-50. It is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body.
