Isaiah 40:30-31 Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall. 31 But those who wait upon the LORD will renew their strength; they will mount up with wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not faint

Note: Stop trying to do everything in our strength. Let the Lord's strength renew us. This takes faith.

2 Corinthians 4:1

Therefore, since God in His mercy has given us this ministry, we do not lose heart.

2 Corinthians 4:8

We are hard pressed on all sides, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair;

2 Corinthians 4:16

Therefore we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, yet our inner self is being renewed day by day.

“But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin.” -1 John 1:7

 “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” -Isaiah 41:10

Note: God will help you and uphold you with his righteousness.

"Discovering freedom through letting go of control. I can't control everything. I can control my actions, reactions, and behavior and how I respond. I can choose what I want to eat and wear. I can choose what I am willing to watch or listen to. This is the freedom that I have. 

There are things that I am not able to control. A person must be self-aware of what He or She can control and not able to control. What you cannot control, God has it under control. You must discover freedom through trusting God." If our hearts condemn us, we know that God is greater than our hearts, and he knows everything, as it is written in 1 John 3:20.

A shepherd purposely chooses a green pasture where his sheep can gather to feed, a place where his sheep can lie down without any fear or disturbance, a place necessary for the well-being of his sheep. Likewise, biblical green pastures represent the same thing to us and that is spiritual food.

The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name's sake. Psalms 23:1-4

The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit Psalm 34:18

Love God with all your Mind- be careful what you put in your mind.

Protect your mind from unrighteousness. Always remember God lives in you and sin separates. Not everything is beneficial so don't defile your mind and don't affect your spirit.

Love God with all your Mind.

Avoid negative people.

Maintain friendships with people who have positive outlooks and who bring out the best and most confident version of you.
